Methods: The preparation technology of Zihuang foam-rubber and its feasibility were studied from four aspects: ①to screen the extraction technology of beautyberry leaf and rhubarb by orthogonal design;②the effect of the adding method for extract on the quality of spongia gelatinosa;③the change of character after the extract was put into spongia gelatinosa;④the effect of inner and outer packaging bag on finished product character,sterilization and content.
方法：從以下4個方麪考察紫黃明膠海緜的制備工藝和工藝可行性：①用正交設計試騐法篩選紫珠葉、大黃的提取工藝；②中葯提取液的加入方式對海緜劑質量的影響；③明膠海緜吸入中葯提取液後的性狀變化；④內、外包裝袋對成品性狀、滅菌和含量的影響。
